New Path Mental Health & Wellness is expanding into Morrilton, Arkansas, and we are looking for a fully, independently licensed therapist to join our growing team!
We are an established and growing mental health practice with well-established clinics in Little Rock and Conway, serving clients throughout Arkansas. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care and wants to grow with an organization that values both its clients and its providers.
We Welcome a Variety of Specialties!
We are especially interested in therapists with experience or training in:
- EMDR
- Trauma-focused therapy
- Play therapy
- Child & adolescent therapy
- Couples/marriage counseling
- Anxiety and depression
- PTSD
- Family therapy
- Other specialized areas of mental health

Insurance Credentialing
The ideal candidate must be willing to become credentialed with Medicaid and other major insurance plans, including TRICARE.
New Path works with a broad range of insurance plans, allowing our providers to serve a diverse patient population and helping make mental health services accessible to the communities we serve.

Qualifications Responsibilities and Expectations include:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Must hold an active, independent/terminal Arkansas license appropriate for providing outpatient therapy
- Experience providing individual therapy preferred
- EMDR, trauma, play therapy, couples therapy, or other specialized training welcomed
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain all required professional credentials and certifications
- Provide ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered therapy
- Utilize an electronic health record (EHR/EMR) system, such as TherapyNotes, for clinical documentation, scheduling, treatment plans, and other required records
- Complete all clinical documentation within the timeframe established by the Clinical Supervisor and in accordance with practice policies
- Complete treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, discharge documentation, and other required clinical documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain appropriate documentation to support insurance billing and medical necessity
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state regulations
- Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, families, referral sources, and members of the New Path team
- Participate in required staff meetings, clinical meetings, trainings, and other practice activities
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow all New Path policies and procedures
- Demonstrate reliability and maintain consistent availability for scheduled patients
- Communicate scheduling changes, absences, and other concerns appropriately and in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate to support continuity and quality of care
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented approach and contribute to a supportive workplace culture

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
