Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)

Collaborative Healing is seeking an experienced, independently licensed therapist to join our growing group practice full-time.

We’re looking for a clinician who has already developed confidence in their clinical work and is thinking intentionally about what they want from the next stage of their career.

You may already be working within a private or group practice and have built a caseload you care about. Perhaps you're looking for more autonomy, better support, opportunities to grow within your specialty, or a practice that feels like a place you can build a long-term professional home.

Collaborative Healing offers clinicians the independence of private practice with the infrastructure, support, and community of an established group practice.

About Collaborative Healing

Collaborative Healing is a clinician-led private practice in Inverness, Illinois, serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago and via telehealth.

Our clinicians work across a range of specialties, including anxiety and OCD, ADHD, trauma and EMDR, DBT, depression, grief and loss, stress and burnout, couples counseling, and child and adolescent mental health.

We believe excellent therapists do their best work when they are trusted to practice as professionals. Our clinicians have meaningful autonomy over their clinical work, specialties, and schedules while having an established practice supporting them behind the scenes.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds an active Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license
• Has experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Is interested in a full-time clinical role
• Is comfortable developing and maintaining a full caseload
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Values evidence-based, individualized treatment
• Completes documentation accurately and on time
• Communicates effectively with clients, families, colleagues, and referral partners
• Wants autonomy while still being part of a collaborative clinical team
• Is interested in developing or continuing to grow an area of clinical expertise
• Is available for a combination of in-person and telehealth services based on client needs

An established caseload, referral network, or professional presence in the community is welcomed but not required. Clinicians transitioning from another practice are encouraged to apply, with any client transitions handled ethically, appropriately, and according to client choice and applicable agreements.

What You'll Find at Collaborative Healing

We want our clinicians spending their energy on clinical work—not trying to run an entire business around it.

Collaborative Healing provides the administrative and operational infrastructure of an established group practice, including billing support, insurance relationships, marketing and referral development, EHR and practice technology, professional profile support, and opportunities for clinical collaboration.

Our Inverness office has been intentionally designed to feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming rather than institutional. We have also developed relationships with schools, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral partners throughout the area.

Most importantly, we want clinicians to have room to develop their own professional identity within the practice. We aren't trying to create six versions of the same therapist.

Compensation

$75,000–$105,000 annually

Compensation is percentage-based and varies based on caseload and collections, allowing clinicians' earnings to grow with their practice.
