Position Overview
We are seeking Full Time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position.
This is not just a therapy role—this is a growth opportunity. The selected candidate will play a key role in clinical services and program expansion. You must be able to manage a consistent caseload, meet productivity expectations, and contribute to the overall direction of services within the organization.
In addition to providing high-quality clinical care, this role will support operations and perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual ,family therapy , and group services
- Conduct Clinical Comprehensive Assessments (CCAs) as needed
- Onsite therapy at school locations in Harnett and Cumberland County
- Develop and update treatment plans in alignment with client goals
- Utilize evidence-based practices and appropriate measuring tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system
- Maintain a consistent caseload and meet productivity expectations
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training
- Support integrative sessions connecting mental and physical health outcomes
- Develop, implement, and facilitate workshops, clinical series, and therapeutic programs
- Contribute to program growth, service development, and overall clinical excellence
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical and organizational needs
Requirements
- Active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Associates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet productivity expectations
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred (will train)
- Commitment to providing exceptional, client-centered care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
