About Us

Old Towne Counseling Services, LLC (OTC) is seeking licensed therapists to join our growing practice. Please apply only if you are currently licensed.

We have office locations in Mechanicsville, King William County, and Glen Allen, and offer a collaborative, supportive environment made up of a diverse team including LCSWs, LPCs, psychologists, pre-licensed clinicians, interns, and PMHNPs.

This job posting is for our King William office.

At OTC, we value professional growth. After one year of employment, clinicians have access to paid specialty training in areas such as EMDR, eating disorders, DBT, play therapy, and more.

We are looking for therapists who are passionate about clinical work and eager to learn, grow, and contribute within a team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with clients while being part of a supportive and collaborative group, we encourage you to apply.

Must enjoy working with kids and teens and have experience with this population.

While being credentialed with insurance panels is preferred, it is not required—we will assist with the credentialing process for strong candidates.

We are primarily an insurance-based practice, with a portion of self-pay clients. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time therapists, primarily in our Mechanicsville locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to assigned client populations
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with team members and participate in clinical connections
• Actively engage as a contributing member of the OTC team

This position is offered as a W-2 employee role, with salaried compensation for full-time clinicians.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Availability for one evening per week or Saturday hours is required.
