Part-Time LPC/PLPC/LCSW/LMSW – Clinical Group Facilitator

Restorative Pathways Forensic & Behavioral Health Services | Archway Program

Restorative Pathways is seeking experienced clinicians to facilitate recurring 90-minute treatment groups within the Archway Program. Archway serves adults who have been charged with or convicted of sexual offenses and are participating in treatment as part of community supervision or other legal circumstances.

The position offers a focused way to add clinical work without taking on another individual caseload. Group days and times are flexible based on facilitator availability and program needs. Availability after 4:00 p.m. is preferred, and applicants who can commit to two or more recurring groups are especially encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

• Flexible group scheduling
• $115–$145 per group, depending on licensure and experience
• Separate administrative rate for required non-clinical work
• Established curriculum and treatment structure
• Administrative support for scheduling, payments, attendance reporting, and routine program operations
• Regular clinical consultation
• No responsibility for building or maintaining an individual caseload
• Opportunity to develop additional experience in structured group treatment and work with clients involved in legal systems
• Licensure supervision may be available for provisionally licensed clinicians
• For the right fit, opportunities to take on additional clinical responsibilities or expand the role may become available over time

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate structured 90-minute treatment groups
• Guide discussion, skill development, and clinical processing
• Maintain appropriate group structure, boundaries, and expectations
• Complete required group documentation
• Monitor participation, progress, and clinically significant concerns
• Participate in consultation and required program training

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Current Missouri license as a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, or other license appropriate to the role
• Experience facilitating clinical or therapeutic groups
• Experience working with adults with complex mental health needs and behavioral concerns
• Experience supporting clients involved with legal or other human services systems
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and follow-through
• Comfort addressing difficult or sensitive material in a direct, respectful, and clinically appropriate way
• Ability to work independently while using consultation appropriately
• Commitment to continued professional growth

Prior experience providing treatment to individuals who have committed sexual offenses is helpful, though not required.
