Do NOT apply unless you have an active NJ issued license. This is for a Family/Couples/Child/Teen therapist. If you are not looking to work with this population, please do not apply. You must be willing to work evenings at least 3 days a week OR weekends, IN PERSON.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, group, and family sessions tailored to each client’s story — not just their symptoms.
• Conduct thoughtful assessments and create treatment plans that make sense (and make impact).
• Use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR or whatever blend works best for your clients.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and compassionately — because you’ve got the skills and support.
• Collaborate with a team that actually values teamwork.
• Keep documentation clean, organized, and compliant (we love HIPAA, but not paperwork overload).
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in how we deliver care and measure progress.
• Support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, addiction, and developmental challenges.

What You Bring

• Master’s in Counseling or Social Work (LPC/LAC,/LSW/LCSW/LAMFT/LMFT required).
• Experience with psychotherapy.
• Strength in motivational interviewing, crisis work, and behavioral therapy.
• Comfort with EMRs and clinical documentation (you don’t need to love it, just tolerate it).
• Ability to connect easily with diverse clients and bring genuine warmth to your sessions.
• A growth mindset and desire to keep learning — no burnout martyrs here.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
