Faith-Informed Outpatient Clinician (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC/LMFT)

E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking a faith-informed outpatient clinicians to provide counseling in our Hawthorne office location.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

​

• Must hold a LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of NJ
• Hold a weekly caseload of at least 6 clients that you will see for 50 min sessions (opportunity to take more clients if desired)
• Training or experience in spiritually integrated psychotherapy and Christian counseling frameworks.
• Be able to incorporate Biblical principles into session if requested by the client
• Have experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• High need for Spanish speaking or other languages (but not required)
• Enter documentation (progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment plans), in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly/ monthly staff meetings

• We offer tons of support. Clinician always has access to a clinical supervisor for any clinical needs that come up. If their direct supervisor cannot be reached, they have 2 additional points of contact. An on call supervisor is always available to answer questions or assist.
• This is an employee position and not a contractor position. This means we pay your standard employee taxes and you are covered under our agency liability insurance.
• All of our clinical supervisors have extensive clinical experience

LSW/LAC: $46/hr

LCSW/LPC/LMFT: $56/hr
