Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Clinical Care: Conduct thorough intakes, complex biopsychosocial evaluations, and high-level risk assessments.
- Specialized Therapy: Deliver evidence-based, individualized psychotherapy aligned with your clinical specialties.
- Treatment Innovation: Design, implement, and monitor measurable treatment plans for diverse client populations.
- Crisis Management: Lead crisis intervention strategies and execute precise safety planning when required.
- Community Integration: Partner actively with Boise-area schools, medical providers, caregivers, and local community resources.
- Seamless Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and secure documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, CANS, discharge summaries) via our streamlined EHR system.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Licensure: Active Idaho state licensure (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred)
- Clinical Depth: Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT) and specialized populations.
- Professional Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, exceptional organization, and a desire to contribute actively to a team culture of learning.

Work Expectations
- Clinical Load: Maintain a full-time schedule of a minimum of 25 completed client sessions per week.

Pay: $38.00 - $60.00 per hour
