NOW HIRING – Licensed Mental Health Professional
Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule | $90 per Diagnostic Assessment | 60/40 Therapy Split
Applied Care Services (ACS) is looking for a licensed mental health professional to join our team as an independent contractor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Complete at least 3 Diagnostic Assessments per week
- Provide individual therapy and build your caseload
- Complete required clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Coordinate care with clients and other providers as appropriate
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Minnesota independent mental health license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or other qualifying license)
- Experience with Diagnostic Assessments and therapy
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Professional liability insurance
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
You determine your schedule while maintaining availability for at least 3 Diagnostic Assessments per week and ongoing therapy appointments.
