North Texas Adult & Child Counseling Center (NTACC) is growing and seeking warm, dedicated, and motivated clinicians to join our team. We are especially looking for therapists who enjoy working with children, teens, college students, young adults, and families in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This is a W-2 employee position (not a contract or sublease role).

Productivity Bonus – Up to $2,400/year

Earn $200/month when you complete 100+ sessions with timely documentation.

$250 NDA Completion Payment

A one-time bonus for completing your full onboarding documentation.

Paid Time for Required Trainings

Receive compensation for required continuing education such as mandated reporting or ethics updates.

Referral Bonus – Up to $1,000

Earn up to $1,000 for every licensed clinician you refer who joins and remains with the practice.

Compensation Model (Tiered W-2 Structure)

Compensation is based on monthly collected revenue, rewarding caseload stability and engagement.

Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

• Tier 1 (0–$7,999/month): 70%
• Tier 2 ($8,000–$9,999): 72.5%
• Tier 3 ($10,000+): 75%

Unlicensed Clinicians (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW)

• Tier 1: 60%
• Tier 2: 62.5%
• Tier 3: 65%

Most full-time clinicians reach Tier 2 or Tier 3 regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and/or telehealth counseling
• Conduct intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Maintain client scheduling and cancellations
• Ensure proper documentation and consent forms
• Use your preferred therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, etc.)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
• Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) or provisional equivalent
• Fully licensed clinicians must be able to practice independently
• Tech-friendly and comfortable with virtual sessions
• Preferred: experience with children/teens, ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety, or college-aged adults

Hiring Timeline

For applicants who are provisionally licensed, we typically begin the interview process when you are within 3–4 months of receiving your full LPC or LCSW license.
