Remote Mental Health Counselor (Master’s Level, Per Diem)

Job Description

Calm Centers Counseling LLC is seeking 2 LICSW Counselors to provide telehealth counseling and supervision services on a flexible, per diem basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who want autonomy in setting their schedules while maintaining a consistent caseload.

Key Details

• Per diem, remote telehealth counseling
• Set your own schedule
• Minimum of 3 client hours per week
• Pay: $70 per 1-hour session, with incentives up to $80 per session

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence based individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Provide evidence based treatment supervision to Master Level Clinicians
• Review and provide feedback on supervisee practices and documentation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Provide education/guidance to supervisees on company policies/procedures

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Reliable internet, laptop/PC and a private workspace
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
• Multilingual preferred but not required
