PositionOverview
We are seeking compassionate, ethical, and self-aware clinicians to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build a caseload aligned with your strengths while receiving consistent administrative and clinical support.
We welcome clinicians who work with individuals, couples, families, and/or adolescents and who approach therapy with curiosity, cultural humility, and clinical integrity.
KeyResponsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services (individual, couples, family, and/or group) using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR, TF-CBT, etc.)
- Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR system
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide services in-person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed

Qualifications
- Licensed in Michigan as one of the following: LMSW, LPC, LCSW, and LMFT
- Commitment to ethical standards (NASW, ACA, or AAMFT)
- Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation
- Experience working with diverse populations using cultural responsiveness

Compensation
- Contract position with a fee-based split
- Compensation based on license level and experience
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
