Best Life Counseling TX is a growing, clinician-led practice dedicated to meeting the increasing mental health needs of clients across Texas. We are currently seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking clinicians who demonstrate:

• A minimum commitment of 10 clients per week (the starting rate is based off of 10 hours)
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and/or families
• Bring a clinical specialty or specialized treatment skill to the practice with training, certification, or specialized experience in a clinical specialty or evidence-based treatment modality (e.g., EMDR, play therapy, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, couples therapy, eating disorders, perinatal mental health, or other specialized areas).
• Strong clinical documentation skills with the ability to maintain timely, audit-compliant records
• Reliability, accountability, and consistent follow-through
• A growth-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
• High ethical standards and professionalism: honesty, adaptability, and respect

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings starting at $2,800/month with a caseload of approximately 10 clients per week, with increased earning potential as caseload grows.

• Flexible scheduling: choose your own hours between 8 AM and 9 PM- evenings/weekends optional
• Practice to complete Insurance credentialing
• Ongoing case consultation and clinical support

Job Details

• Position: Contracted Therapist (1099)
• Expected Hours: Minimum of 10 clients per week
• Location: Hybrid (must hold a Texas license)

This role is best suited for clinicians who are able to maintain consistent scheduling, timely This opportunity is best suited for clinicians who value the flexibility of independent contract work while also wanting the referrals, infrastructure, and clinical support of an established group practice.

Successful clinicians in this role are able to maintain a consistent schedule, complete documentation on time, communicate professionally, and follow practice policies and procedures.
