Contract LMFT, LCSW,LPCC

We invite you to join a team of dedicated counselors, mental health providers and clinicians in service to a diverse client base. This is a part time role for a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW with 1-2 years experience in the forensic psychology field. We also provide EMDR training for new staff within 180 days.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services. As a vital part of our team, you will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to support individuals on their journey toward wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Deliver individual therapy employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) psychodynamic therapy.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health episodes with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Facilitate case management activities, including patient intake, treatment planning, progress documentation, and medical record maintenance in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients actively in their recovery process while supporting behavioral health goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with PTSD, addiction issues, or other mental health conditions.

Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in crisis management and crisis intervention within behavioral health or community care contexts.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, mental health diagnoses (ICD coding), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical documentation standards.
• Hands-on experience providing psychotherapy for individuals with histories of trauma and/or incarceration
• Preferred experience working with adults in clinical settings such as outpatient clinics or hospital environments.

Pay: $68.00 - $80.00 per hour
