Zeni Therapy & Wellness is a growing, community-centered group practice located in Ozaukee County. We specialize in high-quality, integrated mental health care for children, adolescents, families, and adults. Our hybrid model—including in-person, telehealth, and school-based therapy—gives both clients and clinicians the flexibility they need to thrive.

We are currently hiring a clinical therapist for a W2 position (20-40 sessions/week). If you’re passionate about working in a collaborative, creative, and flexible environment—we’d love to meet you. This role is best suited for clinicians who are comfortable engaging with young clients (ages 3-17).

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children, teens, adults, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver services in-person (at our Mequon office), via telehealth, and/or in school-based settings.
• Document clinical services accurately and promptly in our user-friendly EHR system (Sessions Health).
• Use AI-powered tools to simplify note-taking and eliminate documentation fatigue.
• Collaborate with schools, PCPs, psychiatrists, and other community supports as needed.
• Respond to client messages and scheduling needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Optionally incorporate experiential or creative therapy methods (e.g., art, music, movement).
• Participate in team development and help shape a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• At least 3 years post-licensure experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable engaging with young clients (as young as 5 years old)
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and self-management
• Able to commit to:
• Full-time: 20–40 sessions/week
