Hive Wellness Collective is a growing, clinician-owned mental health practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families in Ann Arbor and virtually throughout Michigan.

This is a W-2 employee position, not a 1099 independent-contractor role.

We provide the referrals, infrastructure, billing support, systems, leadership, consultation, and professional community that help clinicians build sustainable caseloads and provide excellent care. What you’ll do

As a Hive clinical therapist, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy within your areas of competence
• Maintain an agreed-upon caseload of approximately 18+ completed sessions per week
• Complete accurate, clinically appropriate documentation within Hive’s required timeframe
• Maintain treatment plans, assessments, risk documentation, and other required clinical records
• Communicate promptly with clients, administrative staff, supervisors, and clinical leadership
• Practice within your training, license, ethical obligations, and scope of competence
• Help create an inclusive, collaborative, and emotionally safe environment for clients and coworkers

Required qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another qualifying behavioral health discipline
• Current Michigan license or eligibility for Michigan licensure, such as LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, or LLMFT
• Ability to provide services independently or under appropriate clinical supervision
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-informed care
• Reliable access to technology and a private environment for telehealth services
• Willingness to maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams

Especially helpful, but not required

We especially love meeting clinicians who:

• Work with children, teens, couples, or families
• Have experience with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationships, life transitions, parenting, or perinatal mental health
• Offer evening, after-school, or in-person availability
• Have an established specialty or want support developing one
• Bring experience or perspectives that complement our current team

Pay: $63,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
