Phillips Ranch is a premier inpatient treatment facility specializing in substance use disorders (SUD) and mental health care. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment in a compassionate and structured environment, empowering individuals on their path to lasting recovery.
We are seeking Clinical Therapists to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality therapy, crisis intervention, and support to individuals in our inpatient program. This role offers potential advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. Providing Trauma informed care.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process therapy groups focused on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to ensure effective patient care. While we encourage 12 step programs, our curriculum is not based on it.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers, case managers, and peer support specialists.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Certification or licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CDAC) or an Associate-level Counselor working toward licensure in IDAHO or able to be licensed in IDAHO.
- Experience in an inpatient, residential, or intensive outpatient (IOP) setting is preferred.
- Proven experience working with substance use disorders (SUD) is required.
- Strong understanding of ASAM criteria, DSM-5, and best practices in addiction treatment.
- Expertise in crisis intervention, assessment, and group facilitation.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
