What You'll Do
As a Clinical Therapist, you will:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Support individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.
- Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans that align with client goals and program requirements.
- Maintain an active caseload and engage individuals in ongoing treatment services.
- Participate in clinical meetings related to treatment planning, progress reviews, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate care with program staff and community providers to ensure comprehensive support services.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
- Provide supervision and guidance to non-licensed clinicians and staff when appropriate.
- Support program initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
- Current state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, or other approved clinical license as required by program regulations.
- Experience using electronic medical record systems and business software applications.
- Act 33/34 Clearances, if required by the program.
- FBI Clearance, as required.
- Completion of all licensure-required trainings.
Preferred
- Experience providing mental health counseling services.
- Experience working with substance use treatment and recovery services.
- Experience facilitating individual, family, and group therapy.
- Experience working in community behavioral health settings.
Schedule
- Full-Time: Sunday to Thursday and Tuesday to Saturday schedules available
- Flexible scheduling based on program needs.
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required.
- Participation in team meetings, trainings, and program activities as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and climb stairs as needed.
- Ability to travel between locations when required.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
