Outpatient PHP / IOP | Substance UseCo-Occurring Disorders
Renaissance Recovery is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient team. We provide PHP and IOP services within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values both clinician development and quality client care. Clinical supervision is provided.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate individual and group therapy (co-edgender-specific)
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed
- Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in utilization reviews
What You Bring
- Master's degree in a related field
- Active BBS Associate number
- ACSW, AMFT, or APCC (required)
- Working knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, and family systems
- Addiction treatment experience preferred
