Clinical Therapist — Day Track (Full-Time)
Lotus Recovery Services is a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility offering a comprehensive, clinically based treatment program for adults and their families. We are seeking a skilled and qualified Clinical Therapist who is interested in making a difference and having a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
This is a full-time position supporting our day track, with a work schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Client programming runs from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Certification such as MFT, MSW, CADC-I, CADC-II, or CADC-III, or a master's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Must be license-eligible and registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Experience working with a chemical dependency population and familiarity with the 12-Step model
- If in recovery, a minimum of 2 years of sobriety is required
Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Conducts admission assessments and develops preliminary treatment plans for assigned clients
- Initiates discharge planning upon admission and updates the discharge plan weekly
- Facilitates comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic summaries for assigned clients
- Facilitates multi-disciplinary treatment planning and updates, ensuring inclusion of all treatment modalities and disciplines
- Conducts individual sessions with all assigned clients at least weekly
- Facilitates group counseling, education, and meetings per the program schedule
- Provides family/joint therapy as specified in each client's treatment plan
- Coordinates treatment objectives for assigned clients
- Coordinates all treatment services needed for the assigned client caseload
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
