About the role

Accepted Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing private practice in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a percentage-based W-2 employee position offering administrative support, flexibility, and a collaborative team environment.

We're looking for a clinician who provides excellent client care, communicates openly, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing an outpatient caseload independently. While our therapists work autonomously, we value collaboration and encourage team members to ask questions, share ideas, and support one another.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Provide evidence-based counseling services to individuals and families.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders within the scope of licensure.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Manage an outpatient caseload with support from the practice's administrative team.
  • Collect client copays, maintain accurate client account balances, and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances in accordance with practice policies.
  • Protect client confidentiality in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted Texas LCSW (or equivalent) license required.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable problem-solving independently while also knowing when to ask questions or seek support.
  • Experience managing client accounts, collecting copays, or working with billing in an outpatient private practice setting is strongly preferred.
  • Experience independently managing an outpatient caseload is preferred.
  • EMDR training is preferred but not required.

Bonus Qualifications

ATS has a furnished play therapy room available for clinicians who specialize in working with children or are trained in play therapy.

Schedule

  • Full-time or Part-time
  • A minimum of two evenings per week is required to meet client demand.
  • Flexibility to build a schedule that works for you while meeting practice needs.

Compensation: Percentage-based W-2 employee position.
