Clinical Therapist - Children and Adults Private Practice - Hybrid

Licensed Therapist – Child & Adult Caseload | College Park or Greenbelt, MD (Immediate Opening – Priority Hire)

Choice Clinical Services is actively recruiting a licensed mental health clinician to join our growing group practice in the Maryland suburbs. This role involves a mixed caseload of children, adolescents, and adults delivered through both in-person and telehealth modalities.

Licensure Requirements Applicants must hold an active Maryland license in one of the following: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C. Experience working with children and adolescents is required — if you do not have this experience or interest in serving younger clients, this role is not the right fit.

What the Role Looks Like You'll carry an independent psychotherapy caseload, primarily during daytime hours, with at least one evening or weekend availability window to accommodate clients outside standard hours. We operate across two offices (College Park and Greenbelt) and support a hybrid model — you decide how you blend virtual and in-person sessions.

We take schedule flexibility seriously. New clinicians work directly with leadership to build a caseload and schedule that fits their life. Most clinicians reach a full panel of 25–40 clients per week within 30 days, depending on specialty and current referral volume.
