Clinical Therapist (Child & Teen) - Part Time

POSITION OPENING: PART-TIME CLINICAL THERAPIST

Grow Wellness Group is a growing, full-service provider of mental wellness services based in Naperville, Illinois. We are seeking a Part-Time, Clinically Licensed Child Therapist who is passionate about helping children and their families and has experience providing therapy to children ages 3–4 and older. Our office is conveniently located just north of downtown Naperville at 200 E. 5th Avenue, where we provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and clinicians.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related human services field
• Active clinical licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children and families in a counseling setting
• Strong clinical judgment and exemplary therapeutic skills

Compensation will be based on your education and level of experience when you begin and is adjusted over time to reflect your experience, contributions, and completion of full licensure. We offer an hourly clinical rate or, for fully licensed clinicians, the option to earn a percentage of reimbursement collections.

-FLEXIBILITY: Our minimum hour requirement for part-time is seeing 10 clients per week. We always do our best to work with each team member to find the best schedule for them so they can support their clients, while being supported with their needs outside of work. Lastly, we offer teletherapy options for all clinicians so they can operate in a fashion in which their clients are most comfortable and to provide clinicians with the freedom to see clients from home from time to time

-RESOURCES: We help cover the cost of therapy resources to use with clients and to enrich – books, workbooks, play materials, etc.
