Clinical Supervisor & Therapist — LCPC or LCSW
Advocate Warriors LLC
About the role
Compensation: $31,000 Base Salary + $60–$75 per Clinical Hour (DOE)
Hiring Bonus: $5,000
Who We Are
We’re a small, tight-knit, mission-driven mental health team in Boise, Idaho, built around advocacy, compassion, inclusivity, flexibility, and doing things differently when the traditional way isn’t working.
We’re looking for an LCPC or LCSW Clinical Supervisorwho loves both sides of clinical work: providing great therapy and helping other clinicians become great therapists.
This hybrid role combines clinical supervision and leadership with a flexible, part-time therapy caseload. Supervision responsibilities typically average8–15 hours per week, with the remaining clinical schedule dedicated to direct client care.
We want someone who believes supervision should be more than checking boxes and signing hours—it should build confidence, strengthen clinical judgment, and help clinicians grow into their own professional identities. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to work somewhere they—and the clinicians they supervise—are treated like real humans, not productivity numbers.
Compensation
This position combines a salaried clinical supervision/leadership role with hourly compensation for direct client care, giving you predictable base compensation plus additional earning potential based on your preferred caseload.
- Clinical Supervision & Leadership: $31,000 annual base salary, covering approximately 8–15 hours per week of supervision and related clinical leadership responsibilities, depending on current supervision needs
- Direct Client Care: $60–$75 per clinical hour (DOE) for therapy services provided in addition to supervisory responsibilities
- Hiring Bonus: $5,000
- Flexible therapy caseload based on your availability, interests, and desired schedule
What We Offer
- Hybrid flexibility:Combination of in-office and remote opportunities. Design a schedule that actually fits your life.
- Meaningful clinical leadership:Mentor and develop clinicians while having a real voice in how our clinical program grows.
- Caseload autonomy:Maintain a part-time therapy caseload with flexibility to choose clients and adjust your caseload as needed.
- Supportive, no-drama culture: We believe communication, empathy, accountability, and kindness make or break a team. We live that.
- Creative approaches encouraged: Tools, supplies, and spaces provided for nontraditional therapy modalities, including art, play, somatic/movement, sensory-based approaches, and more.
- Direct access to the owner: No unnecessary layers of management or corporate hierarchy.
- Technology provided: Laptops, phones, and devices provided if needed.
- Credentialing support:Full insurance credentialing support to ensure you’re prepared to see clients.
- Less admin, more clinical work: Access to professional subscriptions, AI-assisted documentation tools, and administrative support for billing, credentialing, and insurance.
- We get it:You have a life outside of work. Kids, appointments, unexpected situations, and real life happen. We approach those things with empathy and flexibility.
