Clinical Supervisor LMFT, LPC, PhD, Psy.D. , LCSW

Benefits eligible W-2 salaried therapist position available. The Center For Family Wellness is looking for experienced clinical supervisors who are fully licensed in NJ (LMFT, LCSW, LPC and Clinical Psychologists only ) to work supervising program elements in our outpatient and IIC programs. We work with private clients in a modern and bright office located in the heart of Bergen County. Competitive salary and benefits available.

The successful candidate will have experience in outpatient programing in a supervisory role. Candidates who also have experience in the IIC or in-home care domains are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates who are already paneled with insurance companies will be given preference. A partial list of expectations includes

• 10-6 PM with one evening till 8:30PM required.
• A caseload of 18 clients per week
• Supervision of provisionally licensed clinicians
• QA and outcome data management.
• Staff recruitment and hiring.
• Community outreach and referral management.

The Center for Family Wellness offers systemic therapy for individual marital and family therapy. We also offer advanced behavioral interventions for children and adolescents including parent training, and custom-tailored behavior programming. Our practice is designed to meet the needs of clients, including, families, children and adolescents while offering effective and evidence based strategies for our consumers. We are Looking for full time and part time (per diem) therapists. We seek dedicated and professional therapists who knows how to provide true standardized CBT/DBT/CT treatment. Current credentialing with major insurers a plus. CFFW prides itself on steady pay, continuous client referrals and flexible hours. Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
