Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed clinicians such as LMFTs (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists), LCSWs (Licensed Clinical Social Workers), LCPCs (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors), and LADCs (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors) to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards
• Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and case management for diverse client populations
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and crisis intervention techniques
• Manage clinical documentation including medical records, progress notes, treatment plans, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and electronic health records (EHR/EHR) management systems
• Conduct clinical research activities, data collection, and quality assurance initiatives to improve service delivery and patient care outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with co-occurring disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and mental health conditions like PTSD or substance use disorders
• Provide crisis management and crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises
• Ensure staff compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies related to healthcare regulations including ICD-10/ICD-9/ICD coding for diagnoses
• Facilitate training sessions on topics such as social work practices, mental health counseling techniques, behavior management strategies, special education considerations, and cultural competency

Requirements

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or LADC with current certification in good standing
• Proven experience supervising clinical staff in behavioral health or mental health settings
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and medical terminology relevant to mental health care
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults or families from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data collection purposes
• Skilled in crisis management, crisis intervention techniques, and working effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with treatment modalities including motivational interviewing, CBT, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), addiction counseling, trauma-informed care (PTSD), child & family counseling
• Ability to lead a clinical team while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement as well as collaboration with families and external providers

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
