Job Summary
Independent Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S) – We are seeking a licensed therapist in Ohio to provide independent clinical oversight for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) focused on children's mental health therapy.Position Details
- Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Pay Rate: $100.00 per hour
- Hours: 1 to 3 hours per week (flexible, depending on active caseload)
- Location: Remote / Work from Home (Must reside or be licensed in Ohio)
Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight: Provide weekly individual clinical supervision for an LSW treating children and adolescents.
- Chart Review: Review and sign off on diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes.
- Ohio Compliance: Ensure all supervision hours and clinical documentation comply strictly with Ohio CSWMFT Board rules.
- Growth Support: Mentor the therapist on youth-focused evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, and family systems.
Position Requirements
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor Designation (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio.
- Experience: Proven clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health therapy.
Pay: $100.00 per hour
