ExcelPath Behavioral Solutions is hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) to lead our mental health team and support the clinicians providing therapy to children on the autism spectrum and their families.

This role is roughly split between supervision and direct clinical work, so you keep a caseload rather than moving entirely into administration. If you have wanted a say in how a program is built instead of inheriting one, this is that role.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensure staff working toward independent licensure.
• Review treatment plans, assessments, and documentation for clinical quality and compliance.
• Carry a reduced direct caseload of individual and family therapy.
• Build and maintain clinical policies, workflows, and standards of care for the mental health team.
• Coordinate with BCBAs so behavioral and mental health supports work together instead of in parallel.
• Support the team through difficult cases, crisis situations, and safety planning.
• Help onboard, train, and develop new clinicians.
• Keep the program aligned with Minnesota Medicaid requirements, licensure standards, and payer expectations.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC, in good standing.
• Meets Minnesota requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure in your discipline.
• Three or more years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience, formal or informal.
• Experience working with children and families. Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a strong plus.
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with clinicians and with families new to the system.
• Available Monday through Friday.
