About the role

Join Mindify Wellness and Care

Mindify Wellness and Care is a growing behavioral health organization committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and accessible mental health services to individuals and families throughout New York.

Through a flexible care model that combines telehealth, outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, and community-based partnerships across New York, we are expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare while building a strong, supportive clinical team.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor who holds both an active New York LCSW and CASAC to provide clinical leadership, ensure quality, maintain compliance, and support the development of a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals.

Because this position provides supervision to clinicians pursuing multiple licensure and credentialing pathways, candidates must possess the credentials necessary to supervise social work, counseling, and substance use disorder professionals. An active New York LCSW and CASAC are required.

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed to start on a part-time basis and transition into a full-time leadership role as the organization continues to expand.

We are seeking a supervisor who is excited to grow alongside the organization and play a key role in shaping clinical operations, quality initiatives, staff development, and future program growth.

As Mindify scales its services and clinical team, this role is expected to increase in scope and responsibility, offering meaningful opportunities for advancement into senior clinical leadership positions.
