Location: Four Corners region, Northwest New Mexico

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + Bonus

Are you a licensed clinical leader passionate about addiction recovery? We are conducting a confidential search for an

experienced Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations across residential, detox, and outpatient programs.

What We Are Looking For:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field

Active LPCC or LCSW license — New Mexico licensure required at hire. Candidates currently licensed in another

state who are eligible to obtain New Mexico licensure are strongly encouraged to apply.

5+ years in counseling and addiction treatment program administration

3+ years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
