Remote Group Counselor (LMFT & LCSW)

Location: Remote

Position: Part-Time and Full-Time Available

Pay: $50 - $55 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals (LMFT & LCSW) to join our team as Remote Group Counselors. This role involves facilitating therapeutic group sessions for individuals dealing with substance abuse and mental health challenges. Candidates should be passionate about helping others and possess the skills to foster a supportive and engaging group dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group counseling sessions focused on substance abuse and mental health recovery.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Monitor group dynamics and provide support to clients as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes.

• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications:

• Valid LMFT or LCSW license in your Texas.

• Experience in group counseling, particularly in substance abuse and mental health settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.
