Walk With Me Counseling Center is hiring an experienced Illinois therapist for a part-time W2 Clinical Lead & Therapist position designed to give you both: a manageable clinical schedule and meaningful clinical leadership experience.

Compensation
Therapy: 60% of collected revenue for completed clinical sessions
Clinical Leadership: $50/hour

What You'll Do
As a therapist, you'll provide individual psychotherapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
As Clinical Lead, you'll:
- Review progress notes and treatment plans
- Provide constructive clinical and documentation feedback
- Consult with therapists on complex cases and treatment planning
- Serve as a clinical resource to the team
- Help maintain strong clinical and documentation standards
- Collaborate with the Practice Owner on clinical quality
We're Looking For
You must:
- Hold an active, unrestricted Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Be independently licensed
- Have experience providing psychotherapy to adults
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Be comfortable providing constructive feedback and clinical consultation
- Value culturally responsive, ethical, client-centered care
Preferred: 3+ years of clinical experience, previous clinical leadership or consultation experience, group/private practice experience, advanced trauma training, and/or current BCBSIL credentialing.
Some evening availability is required.
