Clinical Director / Primary Therapist Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Provide direct therapy to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
- Supervise, mentor, and train therapists and other clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other care providers to support client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
Clinical Director / Primary Therapist Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a valid LPC or LCSW credential.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
