We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director (licensed in LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to lead our behavioral health team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health counseling and behavioral therapy.
• Lead the development and implementation of clinical protocols that incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and trauma-informed care.
• Oversee patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and case management for individuals across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including co-occurring disorders and PTSD.
• Manage intake processes for new clients, ensuring comprehensive patient care documentation within electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on child & family counseling, addiction counseling, social work interventions, and crisis management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver home & community care services tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Monitor clinical outcomes through data collection and research initiatives to continually improve service quality and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor).
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong background in behavioral health modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral management techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading clinical teams within mental health or social work settings.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation and electronic health records management.
• Knowledge of ICD coding standards (ICD-9/ICD-10) for diagnostic evaluation documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, family collaboration, and interdisciplinary team coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while providing culturally competent care.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health conditions is highly desirable.
