Clinical Behavioral Therapist - Hybrid

Role Overview

New Beginnings Integrated Healthcare is actively recruiting a dedicated Clinical Behavioral Therapist to anchor our New Rochelle clinical team. This hybrid opportunity allows independently licensed professionals to drive positive patient outcomes across an array of clinical environments by seamlessly blending onsite care with remote telehealth services. We are looking for an autonomous clinician who values a mission-driven culture and possesses a genuine passion for elevating mental health standards.

Core Clinical Deliverables

• Execute thorough diagnostic evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments to formulate targeted, person-centered treatment strategies.
• Administer advanced, evidence-based psychotherapy interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practices tailored to diverse populations.
• Facilitate impactful individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions designed to address mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and complex behavioral challenges.
• Partner proactively with an integrated multidisciplinary team, including medical providers and case managers, to optimize continuity of care.
• Drive rapid response protocols for crisis de-escalation, safety planning, and appropriate care escalation.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to HIPAA protocols, EMR documentation standards, and state billing compliance guidelines.
• Alternate seamlessly between onsite clinical care in New Rochelle and virtual telehealth service delivery based on scheduling needs.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New York State clinical license in good standing, including an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in treating children, adolescents, adults, or families within your respective scope of practice.
• Deep understanding of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria, treatment planning methodologies, and ICD-10 coding.
• Adept with electronic medical records and contemporary clinical documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational and crisis management capabilities.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
