About the role
Join Our Growing Outpatient Practice
We are a rapidly growing private practice in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeking compassionate and motivated licensed mental health clinicians to join our close-knit team. We provide outpatient services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, and we are currently experiencing especially high demand for children’s services.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking clinicians who:
- Are comfortable working with children and adolescents; willingness to work with adults and/or couples is a plus.
- Can offer sessions between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM at least four days per week to accommodate client schedules.
- Value collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality clinical care.
- Hold a New Jersey license or are appropriately licensed to practice under supervision, as applicable.
Compensation & Supervision
Provisionally Licensed Clinicians
- $50–$55 per hour, based on experience.
- In-person clinical supervision is provided twice weekly.
- Attendance at one of the two weekly supervision sessions is required.
- Individual supervision is also scheduled in addition to group supervision.
Fully Licensed Clinicians
- Up to $65 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits
Clinicians who maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week are eligible for:

- Additional client hours are available for clinicians who would like to build their caseload.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold a New Jersey license appropriate to their scope of practice, such as LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT.
- Be open to working with children and adolescents.
- Be available for evening appointments, with sessions offered between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM at least four days per week.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
