Child & Adolescent Therapist (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC or LLPC)

Child and Family Therapy Center provides therapy for individuals, children, teens, and families in an environment created to feel welcoming and home-like. Each office is carefully decorated with intention, making the space feel calm, comforting, and safe. Our goal is simple: to offer care in a place where healing feels like home. You’ll use play therapy, CBT, and family work while collaborating closely with parents to support kids through emotional and developmental challenges.

This position requires availability for at least three evenings per week, starting at 3:00 PM or later.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for children ages 3–10
• Use play-based, CBT, and family-focused approaches
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers
• Complete documentation and track progress

Pay & Schedule

• 70% fee split
• Flexible scheduling outside of required evenings
• Fully furnished office and full administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• Michigan licensure (LPC or LMSW or limited license)
• Experience working with children and families
• Willingness to work a minimum of three evenings per week (3:00 PM or later)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
