Are you looking for a clinical role where creativity, relationships, and play are at the heart of the work?
Mossman Play Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate clinician who wants to build or deepen a specialty in play therapy.
We are especially interested in candidates with training in:
- Art therapy or expressive arts
- Marriage and family therapy or family systems
- Parent-child, couples, coparenting, or family work
More Than a Base Salary
Our salaried model provides financial stability, flexibility, and meaningful opportunities to earn beyond your guaranteed salary:
- Full-time base salary: $60,000–$75,000
- Part-time base salary (25 hours a week): $37,500–$40,000
- Consistent pay that does not fluctuate with client cancellations
- Profit-sharing eligibility after one year, offering meaningful opportunities to earn beyond your salary
- Flexible scheduling and reasonable caseload expectations without an excessive focus on productivity

Salary ranges are based on licensure status and relevant clinical experience
We welcome both independently licensed and master’s-level/prelicensed clinicians. Applicants must hold a qualifying master’s degree and be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts as a social worker, LMHC, or LMFT.
Prior play therapy experience is not required however a genuine commitment to developing as a play therapist is essential.
