Child & Adolescent Therapist (LPCC or LISW)

We're seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our outpatient team and provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents and their families.

We're looking for a clinician whoenjoys working with children, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a practice that is continuing to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver counseling.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, primary care providers, and other community partners.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultation as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Ohio LPCC or LISW license.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing outpatientbehavioral health services to children and adolescents.
