Child & Adolescent Therapist (LPCC/LICSW/LMFT) — Private Pay Practice

Creekside Counseling is a growing private pay practice in Eden Prairie, MN that supports women, moms, teens, kids and families through compassionate, values-aligned therapy. We’re currently seeking a Minnesota licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD) who specializes in working with children and adolescents in a private practice setting. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position.

Ideal Candidates Will

• Be fully licensed in Minnesota (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD)
• Specialize in therapy for children and/or adolescents (age 3+)
• Have training or interest in play therapy, PCIT, ERP, CBT, family systems, or trauma-informed work
• Be confident working independently with the support of a team
• Align with our values of authenticity, integrity, and whole-person care
• Interested in building toward a full caseload (15+ sessions/week) over time

Preferred

• Are a Registered Play Therapist or working toward the credential
• Trauma-specific training (EMDR, ART, or Brainspotting)
• Have experience supporting parents alongside child therapy
• Enjoy collaborating on care plans for whole families
• Interested in offering afternoon and/or evening availability to meet client demand
