Child/Adolescent Psychotherapist

Position Type: Full-Time(20-25 clinical hours weekly), Hybrid, Fee-for-Service, W2

Compensation Range: ~ $80 - $110/hr (+benefits, +bonuses), depending on degree, licensure status, experience/training

Description

This clinical role will provide evidence-based individual therapy for preteens, adolescents, with potential for family-work as needed. Ideal candidates will be open to offering parental guidance services, have a background in family systems, DBT and/or other skills-based approaches, and enjoy being part of an engaged clinical team. The position includes a hybrid schedule with afternoon/evening clinical hours, including in-person sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. The remaining days offer flexibility based on the clinician's preferences.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the state of Massachusetts. License-eligible considered for PsyD/PhD/LCSW
• Doctorate (PsyD/PhD); or Masters (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)
• 3+ years previous experience providing therapy for children, adolescents and/or families
• Interest or experience in working with trauma, self injury, disordered eating a plus
• Availability to provide afternoon and evening sessions (including seeing patients from 3:00 p.m. onward); required to work on-site Thursdays and Fridays, with the option to work remotely for clinical sessions the remainder of the week.
