Location

• Remote work through Telehealth one day a week (Monday-Wednesday).
• In person appointments at our Carlinville IL office on Thursdays.
• In addition, providers will be required to work remote one Saturday a month.

Compensation: $30,000-$50,000

Position Overview We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in a hybrid role, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions in the Carlinville, IL area. This position is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility while maintaining meaningful, high-quality client relationships.

Qualifications

• LCPC and LCSW, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual therapy platforms
