CADC, CADCI, LCSW, LPC, and/or Master's Level Clinician

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern (CADCI), or Master's Level Clinician to join our dedicated behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment to diverse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will help clients achieve meaningful recovery and improved well-being through engaging therapy sessions, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative case management. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments utilizing DSM-5 criteria and ICD coding standards to inform diagnosis and treatment planning
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing
• Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate behavioral health, addiction medicine, and trauma-informed care principles
• Document clinical encounters accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR) following HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including case management for clients with complex needs such as PTSD or substance use disorders
• Facilitate intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing client communication to support recovery goals

Skills

• Extensive experience in psychotherapy, mental health counseling, and addiction counseling within diverse cultural backgrounds
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, crisis management, and home \& community care experience
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic evaluation, ICD coding (ICD-10), CPT coding, and clinical documentation standards
• Skilled in motivational interviewing, behavioral management, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical records management and documentation compliance under HIPAA guidelines
• Ability to perform comprehensive client assessments in therapy settings involving co-occurring disorders
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health and substance use treatment
