Bilingual Spanish Therapist - Licensed (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) or Registered Intern
ZODU Counseling Services LLC
About the role
You did not go to graduate school to be a referral into a void.
Most clinicians in Central Florida work alone. You send a client to a prescriber and never hear back. You suspect a developmental issue and have nowhere to send the family. You carry the whole case yourself, and the family carries the paperwork from one office to the next.
ZODU was built to end that.
ZODU is an Integrated Family Health System that gives families and caregivers one clear path to health by coordinating medical, behavioral, developmental, and rehabilitative care into one coordinated ecosystem. Our divisions - ZODU Health, ZODU ABA Services, ZODU Home Health Care, ZODU Therapy, and ZODU Care - work as one system, not as a list of services. Inside ZODU you get warm handoffs, not referrals into a void.
We are hiring bilingual Spanish/English clinicians for the Orlando area at two levels: fully licensed clinicians, and paid registered interns accruing hours toward licensure.
WHO WE ARE HIRING
- Licensed clinicians: active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Registered interns: active Florida RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI, or an application already submitted to the Board
Both roles require clinical fluency in Spanish and English. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a bilingual caseload
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation to payer standard
- Coordinate directly with our BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and prescriber, inside the same system, not by fax
- Participate in interdisciplinary case review for complex families
- Work alongside each family's pediatrician and primary care partner, not instead of them
WHAT YOU BRING
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field
- A family-systems view of the case: we see the whole story
- Sound documentation habits and comfort working in an EHR
- CBT and ACT experience is a plus
COMPENSATION, AND HOW IT ACTUALLY WORKS
We publish the structure up front, because you deserve to know it before you apply and not after.
Licensed clinicians, $60 to $70 per clinical hour:
- 1099 track: 60% of collected clinical revenue. On our current payer mix that lands at roughly $60 to $70 per clinical hour, and higher on self-pay sessions. This track does not include paid time off or a 401(k). That is the trade for the autonomy and the higher take-home.
- W2 track: hourly, in the same $60 to $70 range, with paid time off for full-time clinicians and a 401(k).
- You choose the track. We will walk you through the math in the first conversation.
Registered interns, $35.00 per clinical hour, W2:
- Supervision toward licensure is included at no cost to you. We pay for it.
- Florida requires 1,500 supervised hours over a minimum of 100 weeks. We will be honest with you about the pace your caseload can support rather than promise hours we cannot fill.
- A clear pathway to a licensed clinician role at ZODU once you are licensed.
SCHEDULE AND SETTING
This role is based at our Orlando office at 1525 S Alafaya Trl. It is primarily on-site, with some hybrid flexibility once you are established. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available.
