We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker) to join our dynamic mental health team. - Provide powerful, evidence‐based, trauma‐informed therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups
- Create treatment plans that move clients forward with clarity and intention
- Maintain timely, high‐quality documentation
- Participate in weekly supervision that sharpens your skills and expands your confidence
- Engage in team consultation, collaboration, and ongoing learning

Hours & Flexibility
This is an hourly, non‐exempt position with the freedom to build a schedule that supports your life and your goals up to full time.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Illinois license or license‐eligible (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Commitment to trauma‐informed, culturally responsive care
- Desire to grow, learn, and contribute
- Bilingual Preferred
Preferred
- Experience with EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, or other evidence‐based modalities
- Experience with children, adolescents, or families
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure
- Additional compensation for specialized services
- Opportunities for advancement into senior or supervisory roles
- $45-55 per completed session based on expierence and licensure
