Licensed Bilingual Therapist — Spanish/English

Authentic Growth Counseling is a boutique group therapy practice in Coral Gables providing thoughtful, relational, and trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families.

As our practice continues to grow, we are receiving an increasing number of referrals from Spanish-speaking clients. We are seeking a licensed bilingual therapist who is passionate about culturally responsive mental health care and interested in becoming part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, community, meaningful clinical work, and the opportunity to grow alongside an intentionally developing group practice.

Position Details

• Part-time independent contractor position with strong potential to develop into a full-time caseload - wanting someone who would like full-time.
• Flexibility to work afternoons/evenings.
• In-person sessions at our Coral Gables office, with the option to provide virtual sessions
• Flexible scheduling and clinician-controlled caseload
• Clinical consultation, case collaboration, and team support
• Consistent referral opportunities based on availability and clinical fit
• Administrative, billing, credentialing, and marketing support
• Furnished and thoughtfully designed office space
• Electronic health record and practice systems provided

Compensation

• Starting at $60 per completed clinical session
• Opportunities for increased compensation based on experience, specialties, bilingual clinical ability, availability, and caseload growth
• Competitive split 70/30 for private-pay clients

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active, unrestricted Florida license as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or licensed psychologist
• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to conduct therapy sessions in Spanish
• Has experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, or families
• Practices from a trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive perspective
• Values cultural humility, collaboration, and ongoing professional development
• Is comfortable working with both insurance and private-pay clients
• Maintains timely and clinically appropriate documentation
• Is dependable, communicative, and interested in building a consistent caseload

Experience or advanced training in trauma, EMDR, couples therapy, family systems, neurodiversity, or working with Latinx communities is welcomed but not required.
