Bilingual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, ACSW)-Spanish

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and demonstrate a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, couples and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with relevant regulations (48 hours).
• Utilize evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Engage in personal development training to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
• Apply ICD-10 coding for diagnosis and treatment documentation.
• Attend individual and/or group clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active California BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW, LCSW, LMFT
• Familiarity with DBT, CBT, EMDR counseling techniques is a plus.
• Experience working with children and families is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in medical documentation and familiarity with ICD-10 coding standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and training in mental health practices.
• Bilingual Spanish
• Approximately 15–29 completed client sessions per week for part time, 30+ for full time
• Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends, with availability during peak hours, particularly 2:00 PM–6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
