Bilingual Licensed Psychologist / LCSW – Telehealth

Overview

Psychology Beverly Hills is seeking a California-licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or LCSW to join our practice and provide individual psychotherapy to adults throughout California via Telehealth. We are specifically seeking a Spanish- and English-speaking clinician who is comfortable providing psychotherapy in Spanish.

The position is well suited for an experienced clinician seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload within an established practice. The role will begin at approximately 10 clinical sessions per week, with the opportunity to gradually increase caseload as client demand and clinician availability grow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults via Telehealth.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based and clinically appropriate treatment.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the practice team regarding client care as needed.
• Maintain high standards of clinical, ethical, and professional practice.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively through Telehealth.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication and collaboration with the practice team.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $85.00 - $125.00 per hour
