About the role

Role:

ICFS seeking a bilingual/Spanish speaking clinical manager to be responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative duties of interest and service to consumer’s needs. Duties may include managing a team of mental health professionals, the coordination of services, and providing direction supervision. The clinical manager will also response to consumer complaints and address crisis situations. This person will also contribute to the development of clinical processes, policies and procedures. A clinical manager may be required to serve clients in their “natural setting” which is defined as: The consumer’s residence, school, or workplace or other locations in the community the consumer frequents such as a community center, homeless shelter, street locations, or other public facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of a maximum 12 (CSWs), serving no more than 300 adult consumers or 200 children/ youth.
  • Provide a minimum of four hours of supervision to full-time employees (CSWs) per month, prorated to two hours minimum for part time employees (working 20 hours or less).
  • Coordinate all client services including community support, therapy referrals, and psychiatry appointments.
  • Facilitate initial and annual diagnostic assessments; complete initial Locus and CAFAS assessments.
  • Maintain updates and data quality of all clinical supporting documentation including- treatment plans, crisis plans, LOCAS, CAFAS and Grains-SS assessments.
  • Review and approve CSW documentation including community support and contact notes; respond to consumer complaints and provided crisis interventions as needed.
  • Facilitate interviews with potential employees and conduct annual / quarterly employee evaluations.
  • Provides leadership in clinical problem solving and gives professional advice from a clinical perspective.
  • Report suspected fraud and abuse to DMH, take prompt corrective actions consistent with the terms of any contract or subcontract with DMH
  • Participate in the intake process for newly enrolled clients completing the aforementioned assessments and facilitating continuity of care and access to services.
  • Participate in weekly supervision with Clinical Director or licensed supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
