Location: San Rafael, CA + Telehealth
Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time as You Build Your Caseload
Compensation: $45 per clinical hour | $20 per non-clinical hour

Mercedes Cusick Therapy Services Inc. is a trauma-focused private practice specializing in EMDR therapy, attachment trauma, relational healing, narcissistic abuse recovery, and complex PTSD. Our work is grounded in attachment theory, polyvagal theory, ego states work, and nervous system-informed care. We primarily work with adults and older teens seeking deeper trauma healing in a supportive, highly relational environment. Our practice is currently in network with Medi-Cal through Partnership HealthPlan, creating opportunities to provide accessible trauma-focused care to underserved communities throughout California.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a California-registered BILINGUAL Associate Therapist (AMFT or ASW) who is passionate about trauma-informed care and motivated to grow within a collaborative private practice setting.
Ideal candidates are:
- MUST be available for hybrid work in San Rafael, CA
- Applicants must be fluent in Spanish
- Comfortable building and maintaining a consistent caseload
- Passionate about trauma recovery and long-term healing work
- Organized, communicative, and clinically responsible with documentation
- Self-starters who value autonomy while still appreciating support and mentorship
Loves working with Kids & EMDR training is a plus, but not required.
